How do I send an email to all of my chapter members at once
We currently do not allow for one member to send an email blast to the entire group. We ask that the member contact their chapter leader and request sending a bulletin if appropriate.
How do I register for an event
You will need to login to your account and then click on the ABRA logo in the upper left-hand corner of the website. You can then visit the Events page and register on the public pages. **We will soon have access to allow members to RSVP and pay for events while logged on the member terminal
How do I edit my Professional Category/Industry
Contact us by clicking the “Customer Support” link at the bottom of your member page to make the request for an update or addition of category. ABRA will assist with your request.
Will I be charged for a text message notification from ABRA
We suggest you review your terms and conditions with text messaging through your cell phone carrier. ABRA will not charge for the SMS-Text messaging.
What is the difference between deleting an email or referral vs. archive
Deleting a referral will remove the referral completely from the referral statistics. Only delete a referral if it was sent in error. We suggest you always archive referrals
What happens when I Invite a Guest
The chapter president and regional manager will be notified by email with the content you provide on the 'invite a guest' form online. Within the 24-48 hours the guest will be contacted and have all of his or her questions answered about ABRA. If you have special instructions, please make note in the comments section.
How do I cancel-terminate my account

Do you offer refunds for memberships canceled early
We offer refunds for members that request cancellation within 48 hours of their first time initial register. We have a firm policy on no refunds after the 48 hour grace period has expired.
How many times can a guest visit an ABRA Live Meeting
One Time. After the guests visit, they should have a better understanding of how ABRA can benefit their business and if there is a mutual fit. If a guest attends a second meeting before joining, they should be asked to join that day, or kindly leave the meeting.
What is Chapter Surfing and what are the guidelines
In regions where there is more than 1 Chapter, members are allowed to visit neighboring groups. We call this Chapter Surfing. Before surfing, members are asked to contact the chapter president to ensure there is not a conflict with a current member professional category. Members are allowed to visit each chapter only once per quarter. There is no limit to the amount of chapters a member can surf within this quarter time-frame.
Can I join more than one Chapter
Yes. You are allowed to join more than one chapter as long as you are representing your full-time professional category and pay the necessary dues for membership. To learn more about qualification of joining more than one chapter, please email Membership@GoABRA.com

How do I get video on my member profile
We are rolling out the Beta Version of ABRA Member Videos. A select number of members will have video on their profile and we will soon be launching the service to all members. If you’d like to learn more or make a request to gain ABRA Video exposure, contact us at Info@GoABRA.com with the word 'Video' in the subject header.
What kind of files can I upload in my profile?
Only files with flv extension can be uploaded. That means before uploading you need to convert any video file into FLV format. This can be possible by various converters on internet e.g. http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-Video-to-Flash-Converter.htm(freeware).
