If you have an account-specific issue:

Log into your Abra app, and from the menu, select the Contact Us link. You’ll be able to send an email to us describing your issue, and we’ll append your country and User ID to the email, which will help us troubleshoot, if necessary.

If you can’t access your app, then simply send an email to support[at]goabra[dot]com, provide as much information as you can (name, phone number associated with your Abra wallet, country, description of the problem) and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you’re interested in becoming a partner:

We have several types of partnerships available. Merchants, payment gateways, and large businesses may fill out the form on the Become a Partner page.

Individuals wishing to become Tellers can fill out the form on the Become a Teller page to get notified when we’re ready to recruit in your country.
